Yggdrasil's Pupil

This piece depicts the main character from a the novel "Yggdrasil's Pupil". It was designed so it would work as a big poster.

As the title suggests the character is the pupil of the great Yggdrasil, enabling him to control nature magic and feeling close to plants (him using a substitute plant grown body himself). Every friend he makes on his adventure to see the world is added as a figurine inside the world of his inner consciousness.

The whole work took around 30 hours from the very first idea to the finished piece and was entirely done within Adobe Photoshop CS6
